Cai Peixia graduated from the University of Western Ontario in Canada, majoring in business administration. She immigrated to Canada from Hong Kong with her family when she was six years old and is fluent in Chinese, English and French. After graduating from university, Cai Peixia returned to Hong Kong and joined Goldman Sachs to start her career. Here, she gained valuable experience in the financial industry and became the youngest Asian female CEO of a Nasdaq company in the United States.
Passion and mission
While working at Goldman Sachs, Peixia Cai was fortunate enough to travel around the world. During a trip to Japan, she accidentally discovered BlancNeige, a revolutionary skin care brand.
