BlancNeige Limited are to provide online ordering services and Shipping and Delivery.
•Each order online must be from minimum of HK$100 to maximum of HK$100000 (not inclusive of delivery costs).
•Each transaction must be paid in full. All transactions must be paid as one transaction and cannot be separated into multiple payments.
•After ordering goods, goods will be processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays in Hong Kong). If goods are out of stock, we will notify you via email.
•Because all our goods are made in Japan if there are any delays due to certain products that may be out of stock at the manufacturer, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and will have 3 weeks to ship to you subsequently.
•All photos on the website are for reference only and may not appear exactly as seen due to various lighting arrangements in photos.
•For all direct debit amounts, all handling, service and remittance fees from the bank are to be paid by the customer.
•The Company reserves the final right to accept or reject any orders. The company reserves the right to cancel transactions at any time.
•The delivery address must be the address that appears on the credit card used for payment.

Title of Products, Documents and Fees to Import
All title and risk of loss and damage of products will be passed to customer when order is dispatched by BlancNeige Ltd. BlancNeige will deliver the products according to customer’s instructions. For the delivery to countries or cities outside Hong Kong, you may be required to pay customs and duties, or to obtain certain licence or apply for registration of your purchased products according to the regulations or requirements of the delivery destination or stopover or transfer point. Such fee/charge and the licence or registration requirement are determined according to the regulations or requirements of the delivery destination or stopover or transfer point and the same is beyond the control of BlancNeige Ltd and cannot be foreseen by BlancNeige Ltd. As such, BlancNeige Ltd will not pay, nor be held responsible, for any such fee/charge, or the licence or registration. If the product is seized by the authority of the destination or stopover or transfer point during the delivery, the customer shall be responsible for any loss incurred. If the product package is under any circumstances rejected and returned to BlancNeige Ltd, the title of the products will be transferred to BlancNeige Ltd, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 25% of the total product purchase price.

SHIPPING
HONG KONG: With purchases of HK$500 or more, we will offer FREE shipping within central Hong Kong districts. With purchases of less than HK$500 we will charge HK$30 within central Hong Kong districts.
For all standard time deliveries we shall use the Hong Kong delivery of our choice or Hong Kong Postal Office with registered mail services. For all express services we shall use Speedpost delivery.
It should be noted that all deliveries will require a signature and therefore it is recommended that an office be used for delivery purpose.
OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We use the information this website gathers strictly for marketing purposes such as determining travel patterns, tailoring promotions and working with affiliated partners. Unless you have expressly opted not to participate when providing us with your personal information, we may share certain information with our carefully selected partners or merchants for marketing purposes.
